Carribbean Villa
St. Vincent and the Grenadines
As the client requested an organic composition based on open and informal spaces, the house blends seamlessly to incorporate nature through the dissolution of any boundaries in a fusion between architecture and landscape. It's centered around the original main building, completely reimagined to resemble a ship with three decks. A mix of traditional wood and concrete is paired with modern touches, like translucent materials such as epoxy and colored plywood panels. Traditional wooden structures are accented with colorful glass rods, adding a contemporary flair.
