The client approached us to refurbish the interiors of a stunning traditional house in Westchester County. We envisioned the interior design as a pathway that leads through varied visual experiences. From the entrances are unexpected wood and paper sculptures in the sitting area, complemented by chandeliers.

From there, you move through the calm atmosphere of the living and dining room, where the furniture and lighting draw inspiration from a blend of 1960s, 1970s, and contemporary European design. This leads to playful, nursery like sunroom, featuring jungle wallpaper and abstract, bold shaped custom furniture. Each room displays a diversity of stylistic influences, but everywhere one can feel a common thread in the use of contemporary and traditional materials
